About the project
mcpk. is a Germany-founded IT company (team augmentation and nearshore) that builds dedicated developer teams across Eastern Europe: Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine, with a strong hub in Kyiv. The company commissioned a rebrand from Tsinnist Studio and trusted us with the full technical implementation — from markup to launch and ongoing support.
Goal
Turn the expressive rebrand design into a large multi-page site that serves two audiences at once — clients (who hire teams) and candidates (developers) — bilingual (EN / DE), fast and with minimal third-party plugins, with integrations for marketing and recruiting.
Solution
- A custom WordPress theme from scratch to the Tsinnist Studio design, with no visual builders
- All interactivity in vanilla JavaScript — minimal plugins for speed and full control over the code
- Two logical parts of the site: for clients (services, case studies, R&D hubs) and for candidates (vacancies, how we hire, benefits)
- Service pages, success stories, testimonials, R&D hubs by country, blog, FAQ
- A careers section with jobs and a CV submission form
- Bilingual EN / DE with separate URLs
- Integrations: HubSpot (requests, call booking), GTM, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel
- Full launch and ongoing support — the site has been developing for years, with new directions added (e.g. Managed AI Services)
Result
The client got a scalable corporate site that works equally well for two audiences and two markets. Thanks to vanilla JS and minimal plugins the site is fast and easy to maintain — we've run it for years and grow it together with the company.
