About the project

Stepashky is a local recreation portal on the Southern Bug (Haisyn district, Vinnytsia region). It's our own product: a platform that gathers recreation bases, gear rental and a classifieds board for locals and guests of the village in one place. We did everything — from the idea and design to development, automation and growth.

Goal

Create not just a website but a living platform with user registration where base owners and people add listings themselves (rent / sale), visitors book bases and gear online, and all the routine is automated — via the site and a Telegram bot, with payments, a custom admin panel and CRM.

Solution

• A Laravel platform with registration, an account and Google sign-in
• A catalog of recreation bases with online booking (no prepayment, with confirmation)
• A full gear-rental store (boats, kayaks, SUP, ATVs) — hourly or daily
• A classifieds board with user-generated content (buy / sell / rent)
• A full Telegram bot with booking automation and payments
• A custom admin panel to manage bases, rental, listings and content
• A CRM to process requests and automate the funnel
• Smart search, wishlist, a blog with SEO content, a page about the village
• A base-listing model (free adding + monetization growth)

Result

In a short time the portal gathered 17+ bases and became the single entry point for recreation on the Southern Bug — with online booking, rental and a Telegram bot. It clearly shows that we build not websites but products: with users, automation, a bot and a CRM.
