Project Manager
We need a project manager who keeps the team, the client and the deadlines in balance and ships products to release.
You will be the communication hub between the client and the team: planning, coordinating, removing blockers and making sure the project moves on time and within budget. We love clear processes without excessive bureaucracy — and we are looking for someone who will make them even better.
What you will do
- ✦Running several web projects at once — from kickoff to release
- ✦Sprint planning, scoping, controlling timelines and budget
- ✦Daily communication with clients and the team (UA/EN)
- ✦Breaking work down and writing clear specs for developers
- ✦Managing risks, expectations and scope changes
- ✦Keeping documentation, reporting and client demos
What we expect
- ✓2+ years managing IT projects
- ✓English at B2+ for working with international clients
- ✓Confident with Agile / Scrum / Kanban
- ✓Experience with Jira, Trello or similar
- ✓Technical understanding of the web development process
Nice to have
- +Technical background (former developer/QA)
- +Scrum / PMP certification
- +Experience in an outsourcing or product company
