Golovnyi Agronom
A custom online store of drip-irrigation goods — an in-house Laravel admin panel, live stock and price sync with BAS, and a full online sales cycle built on a ready-made design.
We built an agri-goods online store on Laravel — with an in-house admin panel and live accounting sync.
About the project
"Golovnyi Agronom" is a chain of agri-stores with physical locations in Tatarbunary, Uman and Velykyi Dalnyk, specializing in drip irrigation systems, fertilizers, plant protection products and garden tools. The company has operated since 2011 and serves both retail and wholesale. The client came to us with a ready design (Figma) and markup — they needed a strong backend to turn the mockup into a self-sufficient store tied to real inventory accounting.
Goal
Build a full online store on the already-approved design with no deviations from the markup and, most importantly, integrate it with the client's accounting system (BAS) so that prices, stock and availability across several warehouses update automatically. The store had to reliably hold a large catalog, be bilingual, push orders to the CRM, accept online payment and delivery, and have serious SEO tooling and high speed.
Solution
- Custom backend and admin panel on Laravel — free of ready-made CMS limits
- Two-way sync with BAS via CRON: SKU, prices, stock and statuses are pulled from accounting; manual manager fields (description, SEO, photos) are not overwritten
- Multi-warehouse logic: separate stock per location and an automatic combined availability status
- AJAX catalog with filtering and morphological search in Ukrainian and Russian
- User account: orders, wishlist, viewed items, reviews, Google sign-in
- Reviews with moderation, wishlist and product comparison
- Online payment (LiqPay) and Nova Poshta integration, orders forwarded to CRM and Telegram
- SEO module: meta-tag templates, bulk generation, transliterated SEO URLs with duplicate control
- Full eCommerce analytics with GA4 via GTM (DataLayer, no native code in templates)
- LiteSpeed optimization: caching, WebP, lazyload, minification
Result
The client got a fast store that works as a single system: the manager runs everything in one custom admin panel, prices and stock are pulled from BAS with no manual work, orders fly straight to the CRM, and marketing has the full picture in GA4. The store scales to thousands of products and several warehouses without losing speed.
Key store pages
Now the store and the warehouse are one: prices and stock update themselves, and managers work in a single convenient admin panel.
