About the project

Off Tension is a premium concierge and lifestyle service for demanding clients: first- and business-class travel, private events, buyer service, coordination of corporate trips. The brand operates on the level of world names — Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari, Four Seasons, NetJets. The design was created by Tsinnist Studio — rich, premium, built around 3D and animation. We were trusted with the full technical implementation.

Goal

Bring the complex premium Figma design to life with no simplifications — with intricate 3D animations, smooth scrolling and lively transitions — while keeping high speed and stability under load. Plus bilingual (EN / UA) and a custom admin panel so the client can manage services, cases and partners themselves.

Solution

• Full custom markup, pixel-perfect to the Figma design
• Complex 3D scenes and animations on Three.js
• Smooth-scroll effects and animated transitions on GSAP
• Custom Laravel admin panel for content: services, cases (experiences), partners
• Bilingual EN / UA with separate URLs
• Optimization for heavy load: WebP and compression, thoughtful loading of heavy graphics and 3D
• Responsiveness — a premium look on both desktop and mobile
• Contact forms with a topic selector (message / CV / partnership)

Result

The client got a site that is itself part of the brand's premium experience: expressive 3D animations and smooth scrolling make an impression, yet the site stays fast and stable. Content is easy to manage via the custom admin panel, and the bilingual setup opens up both international and Ukrainian audiences.
